All our properties are 100% verified and we assure you peace of mind in your property search journey. Here are our unique and stringent 6 stage process we do to select and list properties.

Property Submission

1. We receive property submission request on our website or our inhouse team selects the property and upload the same in the portal. All the submitted listings were put for approval by the admins at the backend. 

Physical Verification

3. Our field teams then visit the physical location, inspect property condition, checks the neighbourhood, takes property picture and geo tag the property. 

Terms Negotiation and Agreement

5. After legal teams go ahead Business team initiate the terms discussion and proceed for final agreements between the property owner and 99Realty. Once agreement is executed property listing is done.

Backend Verification

2. Our backend support teams verify the mobile number, email id and ask some basic questions related to the property submitted. They also take suitable appointments for field verification.

4. Our field teams also collect legal property papers copies, verifies original documents and submit the documents to legal team for a go ahead.

6. Backend team them modify the property listing, add high-quality pictures and do other necessary changes to the submitted listing and we process the same for final listing on the portal.
