It all began on the 8th of September, 2024, when I introduced Mr. Ojha to our ongoing projects. Excited about the options, he quickly scheduled a site visit with his family. The next day, they explored the property, their curiosity evident.
On the 17th of September, Mr. Ojha and his wife returned. While he remained interested, she voiced concerns about room sizes for their growing family. Understanding her perspective, I and our senior consultant addressed their questions, emphasizing the functional design of the home and customization options.
Mrs. Ojha asked about the community. I highlighted the thriving neighborhood, noting that many of Mr. Ojha’s colleagues and relatives had chosen to settle there. “You’ll not just be buying a house; you’ll be joining a supportive community,” I assured them.
On the 19th of September, Mr. Ojha confirmed their decision with excitement. “We’ve decided to proceed with the booking,” he stated, relief and joy in his voice.
