The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched a new scheme offering over 350 residential plots in the vicinity of the upcoming Noida International Airport. This initiative aims to capitalize on the growing demand for residential, industrial, and commercial spaces in the rapidly developing region.

The scheme encompasses 361 plots distributed across four sectors: 16, 18, 20, and 22D. These plots are strategically positioned near the Yamuna Expressway, which connects Greater Noida to the heritage towns of Agra and Mathura. - 162 sq m: Rs 41.95 lakh
- 200 sq m: Rs 51.8 lakh
- 300 sq m: Rs 77.7 lakh
- 500 sq m: Rs 1.29 crore
- 1000 sq m: Rs 2.59 crore
- 4000 sq m: Rs 10.36 crore
These prices are exclusive of preferred location charges and taxes. The total revenue expected from this scheme is approximately Rs 343.04 crore.
Allotment Process
The residential plots will be allotted through a lucky draw, scheduled for September 20, 2024. Interested applicants can register for the scheme until August 5, 2024, by downloading the application form and brochure from the YEIDA website upon payment of a Rs 600 fee.
Payment Plans
To facilitate ease of payment for the successful allottees, YEIDA has introduced three payment options:
- Full Payment Plan: 100% of the total premium (including registration fee) is to be paid within 60 days from the date of the allotment letter.
- Half-Yearly Installments Plan: 50% of the total premium (including registration fee) is to be paid within 60 days, with the remaining 50% payable in two equal half-yearly installments starting from the 61st day, at an interest rate of 10% per annum.
- Extended Installments Plan: 30% of the total premium is to be paid within 60 days, with the remaining 70% payable in 10 equal half-yearly installments starting from the 61st day, at an interest rate of 10% per annum.
